Aside from developing an individualized fitness blueprint for your goals, a proper assessment may lead to crucial disease prevention protocols and/or lifestyle changes otherwise unexplored or implemented. Every fitness assessment should include tests able to measure the five different components of health-related physical fitness including body composition, cardiorespiratory fitness, flexibility, muscular strength and muscular endurance. Ours goes further with blood type testing, nutritional analysis, and even DNA testing if needed.
